Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the detail of your order.
Shipping within India – We offer free shipping for products within India. Shipping period is mentioned in the details alongside each product. The range from 7-14 days depending on the product. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
International Shipping - We ship to internationally at a rate calculated by weight for different zones.
If under any circumstance the shipping period is not being met due to unforeseen circumstances our team will reach out to you and be available for assistance.
The responsibility of shipping is borne by the shipper. For return products, shipping charges and responsibility of package lie in the hand of the client. The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
For a delay in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather or political situations, GRAINE will not be responsible but our team of course will stay in touch via email to assist in any such situation.

GRAINE products are crafted with absolute care to meet high quality standards in manufacturing and finishing. Hence absolute checks are done on each product before shipping. Should you receive any item that is not in perfect condition kindly contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
We do not have a return policy. However for the convenience of our clients and to add to their shopping experience we extend a 7 day exchange period from the date of receipt. The process for this is to –
1. Intimate our team via email orders@graineworld.com within 5-7 days of receipt
2. Ship product back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of package. Tracking and details must be shared on email.
3. Items must be in the same condition as received in, including tags and packaging, returned in their original packing without damage.
4. Returns are not accepted on items that have been used, altered, worn, washed or damaged.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
We extend this exchange period for the convenience of our clients, however for an exchange request informed or shipped back beyond this grace period of 7 days we reserve the right to refuse exchange. Exchanges with above terms are applicable for products purchased on this website only.
Representation of images and colours are to the best of disclosure to represent accuracy. However, viewing experience is also dependant on different computer monitors and screen qualities . We cannot guarantee this individual factor in viewing.
